John brings more than 25 years of experience in collections leadership, financial services operations, client management, P&L accountability and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Velera, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Estate Information Services LLC, where he oversaw first and third-party operations, client relationships and growth initiatives for more than 15 years.
