A New Chapter and A Clear Purpose

Brian Caldarelli: Brian has served as president and chief executive officer of Velera since October 2026. In this role, he leads the strategic direction of the company and oversees all aspects of Velera’s operations, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class payments solutions, innovative technology, inspired service, data security and long-term success and sustainability for the company’s client credit unions. Caldarelli was appointed president of Velera in June 2026, overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. He previously served as Velera’s executive vice president, chief administrative officer since the combination of PSCU and Co-op Solutions in January 2024. In this role, Caldarelli was responsible for leading the organization’s overall financial strategy, as well as its enterprise risk management, legal and transformation/integration functions. Caldarelli also served as the executive leader of the company’s Integration Management Office (IMO), leading the organization’s combination initiatives.
