Denise is an accomplished Chief Product & Technology Officer with a proven track record of transforming product and technology roadmaps into tangible business success.

As EVP, Chief Product & Technology Officer, Denise is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle and technology infrastructure from ideation to deployment. She specializes in aligning product vision with scalable technology strategy, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance user experience, and achieve business objectives.

Before returning to Velera in 2015, Denise spent two years deepening her field knowledge of credit unions as Executive Vice President at Velera Member-Owner Vantage Credit Union in St. Louis. Prior to her tenure at the credit union, she spent seven years at PSCU, where she ultimately operated as the Vice President of Innovation & New Product Development.

With more than 25 years of experience and leadership in the payments and financial services industry, Denise’s career also includes leadership at Mastercard, Paymentech and Equifax.

Denise currently is a member of the CU Student Choice Board of Directors.
