The ICA Global HRD Committee makes available knowledge, information and guidance on co-operative education and training issues to the the HRD practitioner, the co-operative leader and the co-operative manager. It also provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, aspirations and practical experiences to enhance the social and economic effectiveness of co-operatives.

The Global HRD Network For Co-operatives has been established by the National Co-operative Union of India and the Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-operative Management in collaboration with ICA HRD Committee Global HRD Network For Co-operatives web site

The Committee is one of the partners developing the Co-operative Learning Centre (CLC) which will be a valuable tool for co-operative education, training and human resource development.
